We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented junior professional to join our Account Management team as a Client Support / Onboarding Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in client onboarding, compliance, or relationship management--particularly within financial services or digital assets--and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The starting date is asap at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

Support client onboarding by reviewing documentation and ensuring data accuracy. Assist with transaction monitoring, wallet checks, and client screenings using internal tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Provide high-quality support to clients and help strengthen relationships to identify growth opportunities. Conduct periodic client reviews to assess relationship health and potential risks. Grow into full responsibility for a client portfolio, becoming the primary point of contact over time.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field--alternatively a completed banking apprenticeship combined with several years of relevant professional experience 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, client onboarding, or compliance related functions Interest in digital assets, fintech, or financial services Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills and a client-centric attitude Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus
