Commercial Logistics & Operations Manager - Switzerland and Austria

Your new role
In this pivotal role, you will bridge strategic customer operations with commercial logistics execution. You'll coordinate logistics flows, optimize operational processes, and support key strategic initiatives across our hospital and wholesaler networks.
Your expertise in SAP and your ability to manage complex pricing structures and partnerships will be instrumental in ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.

Your future team
You will be part of our Commercial Operations organization in Switzerland, collaborating closely with colleagues from Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
Our team thrives on transparency, collaboration, and a hands-on attitude. We share a strong sense of purpose in improving how our medicines reach patients, and we take pride in combining operational rigor with commercial agility.
The position is based in Switzerland, with occasional collaboration across the Belgium logistics hub.
What you bring to the team
You are a structured and business-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and strong stakeholder skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where precision and initiative matter.
You bring:
- Solid experience in SAP (pricing, customer master data, and stock management)
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and pricing structures
- Experience with returns, stock management, and logistics operations in a commercial setting
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, autonomy, and organizational skills
- A solution-oriented, hands-on personality with a high sense of accountability
-French proficiency as an advantage
-Experience with Impero controls and financial adjustments is considered an advantage.
