Would you like to execute the implementation of Procurement Strategies in close alignment with the relevant category teams and business stakeholders?
In the following role you will report to the Co-Head of Corporate Procurement and support our client from electrical engineering and automation industry.
Start date: asap
End date: 12-months contract (with a high chance onto extension)
Workload: 100%, in a hybrid working model with 1 day at office (Zurich-Oerlikon), remaining days home-office possible

Location: Zurich-Oerlikon
Your Responsibilities:

  • Support in development and ensures communication/ implementation of Corporate Procurement strategies
  • Improve areas such as Indirect Services, Risk Management and Supply Base Management
  • Ensure implementation, maintenance and compliance of assigned Procurement activities and initiatives
  • Supports development and implementation of Global Procurement strategies for areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Quality and Sustainability
  • Sourcing of Professional Services - run eRfX for Consulting, Financial and Legal Services Categories for M&A transactions, with close collaboration to the different M&A Workstreams (HR, Finance, Tax, IS etc.)
  • Interact and manage senior stakeholders within the Organization
  • Execute implementation of Procurement Strategies in close alignment with the relevant category teams and business stakeholders
Your Profil:
  • Solid understanding of Corporate Procurement with 5+ years experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - especially senior stakeholders
  • Experience within Indirect Procurement, ideally within (Prof.) Services Categories
  • Sourcing as well as contract negotiation and management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong English skills (mind. C1)
