On behalf of our Client, we are looking for:
Corporate Procurement Specialist - Indirect Services (remote)
Location: Zurich, (4 days home office/ week)
Workload: 100%
Contract duration: 1 year, start: June 2025

Your responsibilities:

• Support the development, communication, and implementation of global Corporate Procurement strategies.
• Drive improvements in key procurement areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management.
• Ensure alignment and compliance with procurement policies, processes, and initiatives.
• Lead sourcing activities (e.g., eRfX) for Professional Services including Consulting, Financial, and Legal Services, particularly for M&A transactions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional M&A workstreams (e.g., HR, Finance, Tax, IS) to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Implement procurement strategies in close cooperation with category teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with internal senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Report directly to the Co-Head of Corporate Procurement.

What you bring:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Indirect Procurement, ideally in Professional Services categories.
• Strong sourcing expertise including running eRfX processes and supplier evaluations.
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior-level internal stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
