Customer Kpi Analyst (temporary)

Job Description

  • Drive customer-centric insights that lead to meaningful actions by providing training, guidance, and expert support across the organization.
  • Lead the transformation of KPI reporting through automation and AI, aligning deliverables with business priorities.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of Customer KPI data-including collection, maintenance, forecasting, and automated reporting-for business reviews, strategic planning, HR, Finance, Investor Relations, and ad hoc needs.
  • Convert complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and seamless data integration and automation across internal platforms.
  • Conduct forecasting, scenario planning, and modeling to anticipate trends and guide decision-making.
  • Link customer KPIs with financial performance data, using advanced analytics and AI tools to enhance strategic relevance.
  • Maintain an accessible, well-structured KPI database for use by stakeholders.
  • Create and manage an annual Customer KPI reporting calendar aligned with business cycles, investment milestones, and decision points.
  • Stay up to date with evolving best practices in customer metrics, automation, AI, and analytics, and apply these to improve our client's customer initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong enthusiasm for data analysis, automation, and turning insights into impactful actions tailored to stakeholders.
  • 5-8+ years of experience translating analytics into business outcomes, with a strong track record in managing customer KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation and reporting solutions.
  • Proficient in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar) and statistical methods (e.g., modeling, correlation).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in global, cross-cultural teams.
  • Proven ability to connect customer data with financial metrics for strategic value.
  • Strong time management and ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent skills in analytics, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Customer Experience, or Change Management).
  • Fluent in English.
