Customer Quality Engineer.
This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills to enable close collaboration with customers. How you'll make an impact
Manage and drive quality cases impacting multiple customers
Take ownership of the internal and external customer complaints, ensuring fast and sustainable solutions
Lead root cause analysis of failures on GCB
Prepare and present 8D reports to internal and external stakeholders
Capture the voice of the customer and translate it into continuous improvement initiatives
Lead and support improvement projects on specific quality topics
Support and/or lead on-site investigations
Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases
Your background
Bachelor's or Master`s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience in quality management, and/or operations
Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
