Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Roots. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting printers, and ensuring optimal performance of computer hardware. Daily tasks will include setup, maintenance, and resolving technical issues to enhance user experiences.
Qualifications
Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware skills
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Printer Support skills
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in IT support roles is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are beneficial
