Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Director of Clinical Sales to spearhead our sales efforts targeting General Practitioners (GPs) and clinics across Switzerland, the DACH region, and expand to other European markets. As a critical member of our European Sales team, you will leverage your expertise and methodology in medical technology sales and your established networks to significantly contribute to our market
expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Actively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with GPs and medical clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits to provide demonstrations, manage evaluations, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with the overall European
Business Unit goals. * Achieve sales targets and forecast sales activities accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, clinical support, operations) to deliver outstanding customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare and medtech sectors.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
** Travel: Primarily within Switzerland, Germany, Austria and France, with occasional travel to the rest of Europe and headquarters in Canada
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of successful experience in medical technology or healthcare solution sales, with a strong track record of selling to GPs, clinics, and cardiology practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, particularly ECG monitoring and Holter solutions, is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop pipelines, and consistently exceed sales targets in competitive and regulated environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude--comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and driving execution independently.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across clinical and executive stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German, English, and French is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively across Switzerland and Europe as needed to support business growth.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and data-driven in sales execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, healthcare management, or business (or equivalent advanced education) preferred.
What We Offer:
  • A dynamic, innovative, and supportive working environment.
  • Attractive compensation package including competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and benefits.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development within an expanding organization.
  • Flexible hybrid work model supporting work-life balance.
  • A collaborative team environment fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
