Executive & Internal Communications Manager

to strengthen our leadership communications and enhance organizational alignment across our international teams.

Role Overview





The

Executive & Internal Communications

Manager will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication both within the executive team and across the company. This newly created position will be instrumental in building a strong internal culture, supporting leadership visibility, and ensuring that our mission, vision, and values are effectively communicated throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities





Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that fosters transparency, engagement, and alignment across global teams Support the CEO and executive leadership with the preparation of speeches, presentations, and written communications Create clear, compelling content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, announcements, and town halls Act as a strategic advisor to executives on communication style, tone, and effectiveness. Coordinate internal events, leadership updates, and company-wide meetings to strengthen cultural cohesion Manage feedback loops to ensure employees are heard and leadership remains connected to the organization Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations to align messaging and ensure consistent communication across all functions Monitor and measure the impact of internal communications initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement



Qualifications & Requirements





Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or executive support--ideally within the tech or blockchain industry Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (native level); additional languages are a plus Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse international teams and senior leadership Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity, with experience in international organizations Comfortable working in a fast-evolving sector with complex technologies
