Your Role
Luxurious. Ambitious. Visionary.
In this pivotal leadership position, you will drive the culinary and service direction of our resort. You will ensure that every dining and beverage experience across our outlets is seamless, memorable, and aligned with the highest standards of excellence.
Your key responsibilities include:
Lead & Inspire:
Oversee daily operations across all F&B venues, from fine dining to apres-ski bars. Motivate and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Financial Stewardship:
Manage budgets, cost control, and pricing strategies. Monitor margins and KPIs to achieve profitability targets while maintaining uncompromising quality.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee menu development, purchasing, inventory management, and compliance with quality and safety standards (e.g. ISO, HACCP).
Strategic Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between departments, suppliers, and event partners, ensuring flawless communication and coordination.
Events & Experiences:
Plan, coordinate, and execute exclusive banquets, private functions, and high-profile events with precision and creativity.
Innovation & Efficiency:
Utilise digital tools and POS systems to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and continuously improve service delivery.
Your Profile
Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy, ideally complemented by further education in hotel or business management.
Proven track record of leadership in the F&B department of a luxury or five-star property.
Strong financial acumen with a data-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
Exceptional communication skills in
German and English
; Italian or French is a plus.
A natural leader with hands-on attitude, diplomatic finesse, and a poised presence in all situations.
Deep passion for gastronomy, creativity in presentation, and a drive to exceed guest expectations.
