Job Description

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job

Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including F&B service techniques and guest interaction. Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. Knowledge of both bar & floor service essential.

Minimum requirements:

Position requires 2 years previous Food & Beverage experience.

Skills to be demonstrated at all times:

Awareness of the daily business at all times. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Gastro pub trade and late-night venues from an operational viewpoint. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different cuisines. Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure at all times. Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Demonstrate an eye for detail and cleanliness. Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and beer is an advantage. A passion for delivering exceptional food & beverage experience to all patrons Well presented and highly organised with a calm disposition

This role reports to the Service Manager / Assistant Service Manager and others designated by management.

Job Types: 100%, Permanent

Pay: CHF50'000.00 - CHF60'000.00 per year
