We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support the client migration for Corporate Clients Switzerland as a Front Office Integration Manager. This is a front office role, responsible for proactively enabling a high-end, efficient, and transparent migration experience.
As a Front Office Integration Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the process for migrating our Corporate clients from Credit Suisse onto the UBS platform. You will provide a critical service for our front organization, ensuring that all migration-related tasks will be handled professionally and in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you will need to be quick in connecting the business needs to the integration-related processes, eager to develop new skills, and have an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

  • Ensuring a successful client migration by executing migration-related tasks, including remediation of data inconsistencies, preparing the client for migration, preparing migration related client meetings, verify the product and pricing mapping, and more administrative tasks.
  • Coordination between relevant stakeholders, such as the Relationship Managers (RM) / Client Advisors (CAs), Sales Support or relevant other partners to execute the end-to-end client migration plan and provide client-focused solutions to potential issues.
  • Support the RMs/CAs in the preparation of key client meetings in relation to client migration.
  • Act as a point of contact in migration-related questions to RMs/Cas.
  • Answer migration related questions our clients might have along the migration journey.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, thoughtful, and client-centered mindset to help overcome hurdles throughout the client migration journey and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively approach client migration with a sense of urgency, maintaining a high level of quality while balancing speed-to-market.
  • Support activities directly related to Corporate clients, such as perform client screenings (e.g. UBR, negative news, ...), orchestrate and overview re-mediation activities and repapering.
  • Identify and manage required pre- and post-migration cleanups, resolve data inconsistencies and support data clean-up.

Notre equipe
You will work with the Client Management team in Geneva with a strong link to the Corporate & Real Estate Switzerland Integration Office. This is a highly visible group with a strong connection to the front organization. Team members play a pivotal role in the success of the integration of Credit Suisse and have a direct impact on the reputation of UBS. This role offers a unique opportunity to build your network across multiple functions and establish partnerships with several departments such as credit risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
