The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including athletes, National Olympic Committees (NOCs), International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.


As the Games Delivery Manager you will be working closely across the Games Delivery Unit, the IOC Games Management Team and organising committees, supporting people and planning activities with a particular focus on 2030 and Games editions in the strategy phase of delivery.


Main responsibilities



Support the lead persons in charge of 2030 and Games editions in the strategy phases of the lifecycle, in the preparation and delivery of all IOC Games-related meetings and any other coordination tasks Coordinate and manage central tools and systems (e.g., Olympic Games Generic Master Schedule, RADIO tracker (risks, actions, decision, issues opportunities), Service Model, Commitments register, Games Plan, Policies and Procedures) for assigned Games editions. Control, track, and report on planning documentation for each Games edition. Prepare documentation and logistics for RADIO resolution group meetings. Manage the Games Delivery Hub and SharePoint structures, ensuring information is accessible and maintained to a high standard. Prepare reports for IOC Executive Board Sessions and other relevant forums. Support implementation of outputs from Ganes Delivery forums, ensuring project management standards are followed. Contribute to shaping timelines and developing processes for Games Delivery (GAD) deliverables. Assist with administrative and logistical arrangements for learning solutions and readiness activities throughout the OCOG lifecycle. Assist with defining and monitoring annual budgets for each Games edition. Identify issues and escalate them to the appropriate level if necessary Support the update and alignment of Games reference material for editions in the strategy phase of the lifecycle. Propose solutions to problems and participate in discussions with senior management in the best interests of the organisation Support ad hoc activities as required by the Games Delivery team.

Champion of change for the latest technologies with a focus on AI, supporting stakeholders through awareness, education, and adoption of new ways of working to optimise the way the Games are delivered Excellent relationship building skills and proven experience of stakeholder management and collaboration Experience of working in diverse and multicultural environments Very good knowledge of project management methodology and tools Ability to prioritise, manage own time and achieve deliverables on time Excellent planning and organisational skills, ability to develop detailed plans and prioritise work Excellent communication skills, adjusting to different styles of communicating in a multi-cultural and diverse environment Very good analytical skills, ability to gather quality information or feedback to support understanding of key issues and their effect Ability to carry out detailed research with analysis from a wide range of sources, making logical and well-reasoned judgements. English or French fluency, with excellent writing and speaking of the other language. * Excellent command of the corporate tools and ability to follow the internal user rules (Outlook, etc.).
