About the role
We are looking for an experienced contractor who can ensure that every client receives maximum value from our product, services, and processes. The more benefits and profits the client receives, the higher the company's revenue. VDM acts as a bridge between commerce, product, analytics, and the customer, creating solutions that enhance the overall value of the entire B2B2B2C value chain.
We're building a culture where the company makes money not at the expense of its customers, but together with them--through the value we deliver. The Value Delivery Manager is the key role that makes this possible.
Job description
Analysis of key revenue drivers in complex value chains (b2b2b2c);
Building customer economic models and identifying leverage points;
Developing hypotheses, growth scenarios, and value scaling paths;
Tracking all payments, adjustments, tariff dynamics, plans, and deviations;
Early detection of financial and operational risks;
Initiating corrective actions before problems arise;
Ensuring complete transparency for business and management;
Formulating product requirements based on commercial insights;
Providing a well-reasoned defense of commercial value in dialogue with the product and stakeholders;
Participating in feature prioritization based on actual value impact;
Identifying internal processes that reduce value and initiating changes to them;
Developing strategies to increase customer value;
Creating proposals that increase customer turnover and efficiency;
Transparent communication on risks, plans, and growth opportunities; -Supporting the "long game": long-term value initiatives, not firefighting;
Qualifications
You have:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets;
Understanding of the principles of the B2B2B2C economy and monetization drivers;
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, BI, SQL - a plus);
Experience in product, commerce, analytics, or operations.
Systems thinking and the ability to see cause-and-effect chains;
Non-toxic communication: the ability to set boundaries and discuss complex topics calmly;
Ability to influence decisions across multiple teams (commercial, product, operations, analytics);
Proactivity: identifying risks and opportunities and acting before problems arise.
