t located in the heart of Zurich, specializing in kappo-style cuisine inspired by the traditions of Kyoto and Osaka. We offer our guests a refined and intimate culinary experience that celebrates seasonality, craftsmanship, and the spirit of Japanese hospitality.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a dedicated and

professional full-time service team member

to join our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious restaurant project and grow with us from the beginning. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and representing the values of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and care for guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Present and explain the menu, including food and beverage pairings
- Serve dishes and drinks with precision and elegance
- Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and the front of house
- Maintain a clean, well-organized dining area at all times
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience

in fine dining or hospitality

- Strong interest in Japanese cuisine, culture, and service style
- Excellent communication skills in

English and German

(Japanese is a plus)
- Well-groomed, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure in a calm and respectful manner

Valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship
