WHAT TO EXPECT
As
Head Pastry Chef
, you'll lead the pastry team in crafting desserts that elevate the guest experience to the extraordinary. From petit fours to plated showpieces, your creations will reflect the quality, care, and creativity that define our restaurant.
You will:
Design and execute seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef
Lead the pastry team with professionalism and passion
Ensure consistency, quality, and flawless presentation for every service
Take responsibility for ordering, inventory, hygiene, and cost management in the pastry section
Train and mentor junior pastry staff
Maintain full compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)
WHAT YOU BRING
Solid experience in
fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens
Completed vocational training as a pastry chef or chef with a focus on patisserie
A sharp eye for detail, paired with creativity and structure
High standards for yourself and your team
Strong communication in
German and English
A cool head in hot situations
