Senior IT PMO

to ensure strategic execution, operational consistency, and delivery maturity across IT and Digital initiatives. This is the opportunity to join a leader in its field and take part in a global digital transformation.

Role: Senior IT PMO - Portfolio Governance & Execution Excellence

Own portfolio steering, enforce project delivery standards, coach key delivery actors, and act as the interface between PMO, controlling, and cross-functional business and digital teams.

THE ROLE

1.

Portfolio Management

Govern the full IT & Digital project portfolio across all domains: Drive portfolio prioritization, dependency resolution, and delivery tracking across programs. Lead

executive-level portfolio reviews

, providing data-backed recommendations and reinforcing ownership across functions. Define and implement portfolio governance, execution steering, and KPI frameworks to ensure strategic alignment and delivery consistency across Digital and Business initiatives.

Methodology & Operating Model

Define, enforce, and continuously improve delivery governance standards and project lifecycle frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Ensure consistency and transparency in execution across initiatives, teams, and domains. Facilitate

operating model harmonization

across Digital, Business, and Enterprise PMOs to support scalable, group-wide delivery.

Coaching & Delivery Support

Act as a delivery governance enabler and advisor for project and program leads. Coach project managers on execution standards, planning, risk management, and reporting. Provide tools, templates, and frameworks that support delivery rigor and operational effectiveness.
4.

Reporting & Stakeholder Interface

Deliver consolidated live and monthly reporting on portfolio performance to senior management and controlling teams. Track progress against key KPIs, timelines, and delivery health indicators. Interface with Controlling and BPA teams to support planning cycles and ensure visibility on financial exposure without owning budget tracking.
