We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of People and Culture to join our team, and with the support of an Assistant (50%), be responsible for overseeing the entire HR and Culture matters. The position is at our brand new HQ in Sierre.

Head of People and Culture

A day in the role

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Steer and conduct all activities in the employee life cycle, from definition of recruitment needs to day-to-day monitoring, (employees relations, contracts, time management, administrative matters), until employees\\\' release. Monitor related metrics, budgets and forecasts.

Actively enhance skills growth through direct participation in annual performance reviews, creation of development and succession plans, and monitoring of all of Univerre\\xe2\\x80\\x99s skills pool.

Promote corporate Values and Culture, and deploy them internally through appropriate initiatives, communications and events.

Lead or participate in company improvement and development projects, and represent Univerre at official events.

About you

University Degree in strategic management of HR, or related field ; completed with an additional training in Change Management or Corporate Culture Management

7+ years of experience in an HR management role, with a focus in People and culture

Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Switzerland

Excellent writing & communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Self-driven intrapreneur, who is able to define the HR roadmap and set priorities

Demonstrate absolute exemplarity and integrity at all times, be a role model

Ability to work, promote and develop online HR solutions (ATS, performance management, etc).

Fluent in French & German, English is an asset.
