Job Description

Position



Based in our Geneva Head Office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Human Resources Department to assist our HR Operations Manager Central Europe.


Job responsibilities



In this role you will support the team on various tasks such as:



Employee Administration & Data Management



Run the administrative life cycle including but not limited to:


Welcoming the newcomer

: + Registration of data in HR system.
+ Issuing work permit requests (through external payroll provider).

Daily administration:

+ Absence management, maternity-related formalities, insurance declarations, HR databases maintenance.
+ Requests of employees.
+ HR administration tasks and HR databases checks linked to different payroll and HR systems.
+ Coordinate HR data with internal teams and stores on a regular basis (Collecting data for payroll, first connections for the platforms payslips, various communications, staff sales).

Departures:

+ HR formalities.

Payroll



Prepare the data for the external payroll providers: + Monthly preparation of HR admin data (contract changes, vacation, sickness, dotation). + Monthly preparation of variable data for payment.
Assist with the monthly follow-up and analysis of benefits (beauty salon allowances and lunch ticket). Support the preparation and regular follow-up on accruals and end-year closing activities. Support to analyze accounting files to ensure data accuracy.

Budget & Reporting



Support the preparation of KPIs dashboards (payroll fluctuation, headcounts, turnover, absence.) Support monthly and annual statistical reports. Support the preparation of salary proposal.

Profile



For this role, we are seeking a candidate with:


Working Experience & Education Requirements


Educated to bachelor's or a master's degree level in HR or equivalent. Previous payroll work experience in HR role.
Competency Requirements


Strong analytical skills. Accurate in data analysis. Strong Attention to the details. Excellent organizational skills. Highly customer oriented. Strong professionalism towards confidential information. Flexible and curious.
Languages


English and French speaker is a must, German will be appreciated.
Technical skills


Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
