Support all HR processes at Guess Europe HQ in all of their core activities with a focus on talent acquisition and administration tasks.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and job post using appropriate channels (direct search, advertisements, external recruiting firm)
Provide support in CV screening and communication to candidates and involved hiring managers
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Manage onboarding activities, making sure that all key players are involved in a precise and timely manner
HR Administration & HR Controlling
Support in filing and updating employee records
Assist in preparing contracts and HR documents
Help with work permit processes and contact with local authorities
Support communication with external partners (AVS, insurance, etc.)
Assist employees with basic HR/admin requests and onboarding activities
Support in managing the attendance portal and keeping information updated
Collaborate with the HR Controlling team
HR Policies & Processes
Support in the review and preparation of the updated HR policies and procedures
Support the HR team in all main HR processes and activities as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources Management or Economics)
Fluent in English, any additional language is considered a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
