We are looking for a:

ICT Consultant

About you:

Reporting to the management, you will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team and will be responsible for the customer management and development activities related to the sale and delivery of consulting services in the HR field (Search & Selection, Head Hunting, Mapping) with a special focus on IT- ICT specializations.

In this role, you will get to make a positive difference to people\\\'s lives by sharing your knowledge, becoming a subject matter expert, and supporting your team in successfully implementing a professional business model.

Your role

As an ICT Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting local team in implementing our business model to achieve the expected results

• Analyze the market in order to find trend or company needs

• Design and develop sales activities to attract new potential customers.

• Managing recruitment process to find unique talents

What you will need:

• Bachelor\\\'s degree or in Economics, Low or Social Studies

• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in the IT sector, either in IT companies or in the ICT/IT division of research and selection companies

• Passion for the ICT and Digital world

• Fluent in English, knowledge of German will be a preferential requirement

• Knowledge of HR processes

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Teamwork
