We are looking for a

Delivery Manager

to handle the Infrastructure project delivery based in the Geneva area.


You will be responsible for working with clients in the region and helping expand EPAM's delivery capability for Infrastructure and Operations by identifying and hiring key resources in the location. You will also need to be hands-on and should have a good understanding of Infrastructure and Operations topics, including Mergers & Acquisitions activity, Microsoft 365 and other Office suite transformations.

Responsibilities

Engage in the entire pre-sales cycle, prepare client proposals, define implementation and design and present solution architecture and delivery statements of work Manage the complete project lifecycle, from lead management and bid qualification to solution development and execution, taking accountability for financial, sourcing, development and business aspects Lead solution implementation from defining project requirements to achieving solution "go-live" Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives while proactively managing engagement risks and identifying major issues Manage the delivery streams and lead the growth of a team, providing coaching, mentoring and development support to enhance delivery capability throughout the department

Requirements

Experience in the delivery management of infrastructure projects Experience with managing and growing technical teams Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules and resources Prior experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in French and English
