Job Description

Support the management, governance and further development of the medmix Innovation System, incl. Innovation Front End, Ideation Process, Innovation Process, Innovation Portfolio Management, Innovation Reporting, Know How Management, Innovation Tools & Methods, Triskell tool. Identify and lead Innovation initiatives in relation with corporate strategic objectives, interacting with functions and business units across the organization. Ensure proper use and execution of the Innovation process in all medmix segments and ensure proper data quality.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Support development, management, controlling and steering of the \"medmix Innovation System\" incl. innovation programs, portfolio & projects, create overviews of relevant project data to enable proper decision making, act as a master user of our project management software
• Maintain and expand the T&I project database and implementation across all medmix segments. Ensure data quality and provide the input for proper tracking of all projects
• Responsibility for the global Ideation Process and the preparation of relevant ideas together with cross-functional teams for a first gate decision
• Foster an innovative environment, support company transformation and enable people to contribute with their ideas within a fail & learn culture
• Coaching and training of teams with best practice know how, tools and methods
• Ensure insight into markets and applications to understand trends and user needs in order to create new business opportunities
• Moderate and support internal & external innovation workshops (on- & offline)
• Drive collaborative innovation related projects and programs
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal & external stakeholders
• Responsible for early, new technology scouting & holistic know how anagement

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Master Degree in Innovation or Engineering Management or equivalent
• Innovation Management background within Industry and/or Consulting
• Experience in process management and in managing complex, global projects
• Enterpreneural spirit, driver, problem solver
• Agile cross-functional team leader/coach
• Innovation Coaching & Workshop Moderation
• Digitalization and/or Data Management skills as a plus
• Healthcare Industry experience would be beneficial
• Fluency in English, German would be considered as a plus
