Your tasks & responsibilities

Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi for various regulatory and technical topics (EASA, FTS, SMS) Deliver internal training sessions (theoretical, technical, or practical), excluding those requiring external certification. Collaborate with QA staff to coordinate implementation of training activities and follow-up. Organize training sessions based on organizational or compliance requirements. Manage training records and certification documentation.

Requirements

Strong experience in EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments Good knowledge of EN 9100/9110 requirements Experience as a Quality Inspector, Maintenance Certifying Staff, and Training Organisation Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) Strong presentation and training delivery skills Extensive background in aviation compliance and airworthiness Familiar with international aerospace quality standards and regulatory frameworks Experience in inspection, certification, and training roles within technical environments Bilingual proficiency in French and English

Qualifications required:

* B1/B2 EASA License, EASA Part 147 environment, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors, EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments, Train the Trainer Certificate.
