What you\\\'ll do

We are looking for a motivated student (f/m/d) who wants to support our Midmarket business by making the customers and prospects curious about our offerings to support their digital HR transformation journey, actively drive our customer engagements and secure customers appointments to present our offerings.
Are you also looking forward to working creatively and being part of a highly professional enterprise software sales team? Then you will love supporting us in setting up and execution our outbound and inbound sales campaigns.
It is a unique opportunity to work with Midmarket Sales and Digital Demand Executives to learn and navigate in the digital world to create unique Sales Experiences for customers.

Your diverse tasks will include:
  • The orchestration of different demand generation activities
  • Execution of proactive outbound campaigns to net new contacts, to nurture and convert them to high quality business opportunities;
  • Applying new digital sales methods like digital prospecting, video communication and social listening & selling to generate interest and qualify customer business needs;
  • Organizing joint sales campaigns with sales executives and partners, aligning with sales teams to drive the sales process to closure;
  • Developing industry and / or product expertise to generate customer interest and serve as digital influencer for SAP
  • Create high quality # of opportunities accepted by Sales and Partner Sales; experience your individual contribution to Cloud results

What you bring

Languages: Being fluent in English & German is a must, French is a plus
First experiences with SAP internal systems is a plus

Skills and Competencies:
  • Technical understanding and affinity, a talent for IT-solutions
  • Analytical skills and the ability to grasp and work with complex concepts
  • Basic Knowledge of software sales and CRM based processes is a plus
  • Preparation of conceptual presentations
  • Willingness to give presentations in front of costumers is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and networking skills as well as ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Creativity, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result
