\\nTasks

The Cargo Offer Development team defines the Cargo offer portfolio with its products and services as well as the definition and worldwide implementation of its processes. It also assures the constant monitoring of operational Quality and Performance and is leading the strategic Supplier Management.

You will work on assigned projects related to cargo operational processes with either own lead or in support of the Offer Development team. You interface with different Cargo departments on a global level, with LH Group partners, other SWISS entities, and third-party suppliers around the world. In addition to your projects, you will play an important role in supporting the team with daily tasks.
  • Lead or contribute to an assigned project and its roll-out
  • Coordinate the requirements and collaborate with all internal & external stakeholders
  • Evaluate business cases with established tools, reports and data analysis
  • Support the Offer Development team with daily operational tasks
  • Analyze and advance current operational processes for improvement potential

Requirements
  • Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s Degree or an \\xe2\\x80\\x9cHF\\xe2\\x80\\x9d Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solution-, detail- and result-orientated, problem solver in an efficient way
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Skillful communication across all levels
  • Fluent communication/writing skills in English
  • Ideally first experiences in the management/coordination of projects
