As an intern, you will be working closely with a data scientist to perform data analysis, administrative data management, and dashboard development tasks.

• Building customer insights through analysis of customer data including visualizations and dashboards
• Perform data analysis and respond to ad-hoc data requests using your SQL and/or Python skills
• With the support of our team, run your own data project and visualize results using Tableau
• Maintaining the user access management for the SWISS customer portal
• Help answer specific local questions regarding customer data and the customer data Warehouse

Requirements

All you need is a passion for applying your data skills to the airline industry.

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s Degree or an \\xe2\\x80\\x9cHF\\xe2\\x80\\x9d Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in economics, marketing, business administration, mathematics, computer science or similar studies with focus on analytics
• Basic working knowledge with Databases (e.g. SQL, Databricks), BI (Business Intelligence) tools (E.g. Tableau and programming languages (e.g. Python)
• Analytical and conceptual mindset, creativity for solving problems
• Able to take initiative, independent and structured way of working
• Motivated, reliable and team orientated personality
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
