Become part of the team and help to drive topics from idea to implementation. Depending on your interests you will be able to support distinct projects and also, take over smaller initiatives on your own. If you bring the right enthusiasm, we will provide you with all the know-how you need.

• Project Support: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks, including documentation and resource allocation. Take a leading role in gaining knowledge about the newly introduced project management tool and act as an ambassador
• Drive smaller initiatives and projects yourself (i.e. sustainability, digitalization or continuous improvement topics)
• Communication: Help maintain effective communication among team members and stakeholders through status updates and meeting coordination.
• Data and Financial Analysis: Support budget preparation and monitor expenditures, while assisting in collecting and analyzing key project metrics.
• Risk and Quality Management: Aid in identifying potential project risks and implementing quality checks to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s Degree or an \\xe2\\x80\\x9cHF\\xe2\\x80\\x9d Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration, Technical fields, or similar studies (depending on your background the projects might vary)
• Strong interest in the aviation industry
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Can-do attitude / strong problem solving skills
• A flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you\\\'re a people person)
• Very good spoken and written English skills
• Very good MS Office skills
