Position Responsibilities and Functions

Provide 1st/2nd level IT support and resolve customer issues. Coordinate with vendors for complex AV problems. Communicate issue status and maintain ticket updates. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS (XP-10), MS Office, Jabber, and other applications. Support Mac OS and Apple devices at a basic level. Troubleshoot and maintain printers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Use diagnostic tools for hardware/software and network issues. Understand basic IT infrastructure: networks, servers, AV, smart devices, telecom. Work in a flexible, project-based environment and perform other duties as needed.

Must have Requirements:

Valid work permit in Switzerland
