Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of end-user computing devices and software. Ensure smooth connectivity to networks, printers, and corporate systems, while delivering high-quality support to meet SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve EUC hardware/software issues (desktops, laptops, mobile, printers, scanners).
Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows 7/10 systems and applications.
Provide support for network connectivity, backups, and recovery.
Deliver VIP and general end-user support on-site.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
Requirements:
1-3 years of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows 7/10, imaging tools, backup/recovery tools.
Hands-on skills in hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
