Position Responsibilities and Functions



Provide first- and second-level support for customer technical issues. Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues. Ensure timely communication on issue status and resolution. Maintain and update support ticketing systems. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot: -Windows OS -Microsoft Office -Cisco Jabber -Printers and hardware Offer basic support for macOS . Perform diagnostics and remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Use network diagnostic tools to address connectivity and hardware/software issues. Participate in project-based work environments requiring teamwork and adaptability.

Must have Requirements:



Valid work permit in Switzerland French B2 proficiency

Pay: CHF30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
