We are seeking a motivated and self-driven I

T Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team in

Lugano

. In this role, you'll identify and engage

top-tier tech talent

-- both active and passive -- while collaborating with internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Business and HR.



Your role will focus on

Canton Ticino

, but your language skills will help you support recruitment across Switzerland, the DACH region and internationally.



What You'll Do



Collaborate with team leaders to analyse recruitment needs and define research strategy Find and engage high-calibre active and passive tech talents using creative sourcing techniques Coordinate with internal stakeholder to handle the end-to-end recruitment process Create compelling job ads, screen CVs, and conduct interviews Deliver an outstanding candidate experience Maintain a strategic talent pipeline and clear reporting Prepare and review candidate dossiers Stay up to date on tech trends and products

What You Bring



3+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally within IT Consulting Experience in

Tech Recruitment

: attracting, selecting and interviewing highly-skilled profiles Strong active sourcing capabilities and tools proficiency (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean strings, etc.) Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office suite Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Fluent in

Italian, English, and German

Flexibility and eagerness to work across languages and cultures Knowledge of Swiss labour law is a plus
