\\n - Managing and leading a team of 6-10 professionals, overseeing their time reports, absences, and holidays

- Ensuring optimal staffing levels for your team in alignment with Trading IT guidelines, encompassing both internal and contract resources

- Strategically planning and reporting on your team\\\'s activities, efficiently managing the delivery team backlog, and prioritizing tasks based on IT and business inputs

- Serving as a third-line support for any system-related issues within your scope, guaranteeing system availability and striving to resolve all incidents within agreed service levels

- Effectively managing any third-party suppliers within your realm in accordance with contractual agreements

- Coordinating configuration and change requests as required by business stakeholders

- Delivering management-level reporting on your backlog and support tickets

- Contributing to cross-team projects managed across the organization

- Collaborating closely with other delivery teams within Gas & Power Trading IT and across IT/Technology teams within Trading IT

- Upholding governance and standards, encompassing project approvals, technology standards, testing, quality assurance, and more

- Remaining informed about market and technology developments relevant to your scope of work

- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a power utility, trading environment, or consulting firm preferably with a solid understanding of energy markets

- Ideally, experience in roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Developer, or Application Engineer, coupled with aspirations for leadership

- Proficiency in energy production and trading businesses, including systems and processes for scheduling, dispatching, optimizing, and managing assets (including CCGT\\\'s, batteries, and renewables), IoT, and data technologies

- Training and experience (along with certifications) in IT service management (e.g., ITIL), project management (e.g., PMI, Prince 2), agile methodologies, cloud and database technologies is highly desirable

- Education at least to degree level or its equivalent in a business, computer science, or a related technology or engineering discipline
