\\n Join us in a challenging Junior Client Manager role in the Market Area Israel. Support a book of sophisticated UHNWI and HNWI clients within the Client Management Team. You will have the unique chance to be a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner for the Relationship Manager, working in a dynamic team. You will get the opportunity to provide an excellent and tailor-made service to professional and sophisticated clients. You will also have the chance to act as an expert on processes and offered products and handle account maintenance along the client lifecycle. You will have daily interactions with Relationship Managers and our sophisticated clients as well as negotiations with internal interfaces. This is an important role in finding tailor made products and solutions for clients and a great opportunity and

Your skills and experience
  • A Banking apprenticeship or similar work experience in a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
  • High affinity to the banking and finance sector and are experienced in dealing with UHNWI and/or HNWI clientele
  • High client- and service- orientation and excellent knowledge of the processes and tools along the Credit Suisse client lifecycle
  • Strong ability to cope with pressure, high level of flexibility and strong commitment
  • High motivation as well as excellent team skills
  • Fluency in English
