Your role

You will be assisted by a mentor and after a short period you will actively participate in the European intraday markets, helping to ensure efficient and effective operations Step by step you will practise how to optimize the company's renewable asset portfolio and execute trading strategies based on market opportunities and data-driven insights After the successful completion of your training program, you are responsible for the trading results in multiple countries during your shift Contribution to projects and special assignments that drive innovation and efficiency in trading processes You ensure full compliance with BKW's trading and conduct guidelines at all times

Your skills

You hold a degree in economics, engineering, energy management or a similar field Sound analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Strong experience in coding languages such as Python. You are motivated by achieving ambitious goals and working in a high-performance environment Experience in trading or in energy markets is an advantage Willingness to participate in the team's 24/7 trading shift scheme Excellent communication in English; German or French are a plus
