About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to join a warm, welcoming family. You will be the primary caregiver for three children, supporting their daily routines and contributing to a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care for three children, including an infant and two preschoolers Manage morning and evening routines Handle school drop-off/pick-up for the 3- and 5-year-olds (full-day school) Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities to support development Maintain child-related spaces and assist with light household tasks related to childcare Ensure safety and well-being at all times Occasionally assist with evenings or extra hours if required

Requirements:

Who We Are Looking For:

Fluent in Italian, with a polite and respectful communication style EU passport or valid Swiss work permit Experienced with infants (0 years) and young children (3-5 years) Open-minded, non-judgmental, and positive approach to childcare Reliable, punctual, organized, proactive, discreet, and safety-focused Checkable references Pediatric first aid / CPR training is a plus Flexible and willing to occasionally help with evenings or extra hours

Benefits:

Live-in accommodation with private room * HF 990.- per month will be deducted from the gross salary to cover accommodation and meals
