About the role

As a

Network Delivery Manager

, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise network services. You will be a valued member of the Infrastructure team and collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Architect and other stakeholders to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure.#

In this role, you will:

Lead and manage delivery of network services (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Routing & Switching, Load Balancers). Establish governance frameworks (MBR/QBR, incident reviews, change management). Drive transformation initiatives (automation, cloud networking, SDN, network monitoring improvements). Act as the primary escalation point for critical network incidents and service disruptions. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of network engineers and security experts.

What you need to have to be considered:

14+ years of experience in network delivery/operations (AD: 14+ years; SM: 12-14 years). Strong expertise in Cisco ACI, Cisco Wifi, Cisco Meraki, Cisco SDN, Cloud Networking, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, and load balancers. Hands-on experience with AWS & Azure networking, Riverbed, and enterprise network technologies. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

These will help you stand out:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, ITIL. Experience in regulated environments and compliance-driven industries.
