Job Description

We are currently seeking an Onsite German Trainer to join our team at Learnship Networks in Zurich, Switzerland. A suitable candidate will be primarily focusing on teaching the German language to our diverse clientele, mostly composed of corporate clients. This role is all about adding value to the overall teaching experience by personalising the lesson plans and teaching methodology according to the client's specific requirements and their current proficiency level.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare, present, and administer lessons to improve students' Swiss German language proficiency
• Monitor students' performance to ensure progress and recommend changes if necessary
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials
• Conduct regular student assessments and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their goals are being met
• Adhere to all company rules and regulations, working hours, and uphold professional behaviour

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in German language studies or a related field
• Prior experience in a language teaching role, preferably to corporate clients
• An excellent command of the German language both in spoken and written
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
• An approachable and patient personality with a proven ability to deal with individuals from different backgrounds and varying proficiency levels
• Experience with teaching via online or virtual platforms would be an advantage
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
