Job Description
\\n Support on the Outsourcing tasks:
Support on management of UBP\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Group Insurance portfolio (professional and non-professional).
Processing Purchase Orders and support on the Procure to Pay process (Coupa).\\n \\n \\n \\n \\n \\n \\n
- Manage supplier Due Diligence, i.e., requirements on KYS \\xe2\\x80\\x9cKnow your Supplier\\xe2\\x80\\x9d: Phytagoras check, Register of Commerce, Insurance, certifications, \\xe2\\x80\\xa6
- Annual reviews of critical providers
- Support Service Owners on performing Risk Assessments
- Support to branches and entities on Outsourcing
- Support reviewing outsourcing agreements and update them to regulations requirements, if necessary.
- Administration of UBP\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Outsourcing Register
Support on management of UBP\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Group Insurance portfolio (professional and non-professional).
Processing Purchase Orders and support on the Procure to Pay process (Coupa).\\n \\n \\n \\n \\n \\n \\n
