Stellenbeschreibung

• Pflege und \\xc3\\x9cberwachung von Bestellungen (Lieferbest\\xc3\\xa4tigungen, Mengen- und Zeit\\xc3\\xa4nderungen, Nachverfolgung versp\\xc3\\xa4teter Bestellungen usw.)
• Erzeugung von virtuellem Wareneingang und Warenausgang nach Erhalt des Lieferavis Bearbeitung und Best\\xc3\\xa4tigung von SAP-Materialstamm-Workflowpositionen f\\xc3\\xbcr neue Materialien
• Bearbeitung von internationalen OEM-Bestellungen und Erstellung von Auftragsbest\\xc3\\xa4tigungen
• Bearbeitung von Workflow-Positionen zur Rechnungspr\\xc3\\xbcfung in Absprache mit dem SRM-Manager
• Verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr material- und lieferantenspezifische Stammdaten einschlie\\xc3\\x9flich Infosatz-/Bestellbuchpflege, Materialstamm-Workflows (Beschaffungssicht) und Preisabweichungs-Workflows in Absprache mit dem SRM-Manager
• Initiierung von Retouren nach Vorgabe des Warenempf\\xc3\\xa4ngers (andere Roche-Gesellschaft) oder RDI Finance
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung der globalen Planer und der jeweiligen Gesch\\xc3\\xa4ftskontakte bei der Beschleunigung von dringenden Lieferungen
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzt die Optimierung der gesamten Lieferkette (z.B. Optimierung der Bestelllosgr\\xc3\\xb6\\xc3\\x9fe)
• Permanente Optimierung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Qualit\\xc3\\xa4ts- und Effizienzstandards

Erwartetes Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss im kaufm\\xc3\\xa4nnischen Bereich, idealerweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Beschaffung oder Supply Chain
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Business, Procurement oder Supply Chain
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse mit G-Suite und mit elektronischen Bestellsystemen sowie Kenntnisse in SAP
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsf\\xc3\\xa4higkeiten
