Responsibilities:
As a PMS Support Analyst you support and analyse Triple A requests or system interfaces. Moreover, you resolve production incidents and you contribute to prioritise, investigate and to root cause analysis. Besides, you maintain relationship and communication with stakeholders, IT teams and business. You also participate to selected phases of projects to provide feedback from production perspective to these processes.

Profile:
- Bachelor in IT or equivalent
- Experience in banking area
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent experience of Triple A and Fx
- Excellent knowledge on Oracle DBMS
- Very good knowledge in scripting and Unix Shell scripting
- French and English
