For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a production expert (m/f/d).

Become part of our team and, as a Production Expert, help us meet the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply over 120 countries with high-quality, sterile biologics products! As a Production Expert, you and your colleagues will share technical responsibility for the CoRE (Compounding, Raw Materials, Equipment) production area within Sterile Filling.

The ideal candidate: has completed training as a pharmaceutical or chemical technologist and more than three years of experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing of sterile pharmaceuticals. They possess a strong technical understanding and are familiar with highly automated production facilities and IT systems such as MES, SAP, and warehouse management systems. They are also flexible, work reliably in shift work, and communicate confidently and fluently in German.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely manufacture of product solutions used to produce commercial, sterile biologics products, such as liquid vials and syringes. Operate production equipment, weighing and checking raw materials to ensure that manufactured batches contain the correct ingredients and quantities. Perform in-process testing (IPC) of manufactured product solutions to ensure batches meet specifications. Assist in the validation of processes directly related to manufacturing, including cleaning and sterilization. Document activities according to GMP requirements. Ensure a cleanroom environment that complies with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and standard operating procedures. Execute process improvements and adapt specification documents using LPS tools.

Must-Haves:

Completed vocational training as a pharmaceutical or chemical technologist or comparable qualification (pharmaceutical/technology/mechanics/automation). At least 3 years of experience in the manufacture of sterile medicinal products and experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment (work/documentation). Good technical understanding and skills in handling highly automated production systems or safe and routine use of IT systems (MES, Google applications, warehouse management systems, SAP, plant control systems). Willingness to work in a shift model and assume on-call duty . Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite. _____________________________________________________________________________________
