For the site in Visp we are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) for our QA Project Leads, responsible for overseeing manufacturing in Module B of clinical and commercial Drug Substance.

What you'll do:

Manage a team of QA Operations personnel responsible for overseeing the manufacture of clinical and commercial Drug Substance. This role fits within the QA Mammalian team in Module B. Coordinate daily tasks for technical transfer and manufacturing, manage customer relationships, Quality Agreement negotiations, Inspections and Quality Events. Represent QA in cross site projects, coordination within the Lonza global network.

What we're looking for:

Academic Degree in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Science or related field. Profound experience in cGMP areas in the pharmaceutical industry, i.e. Operations, QC, QA etc. Skills: Decision making, Problem Solving, People Management, Excellent Communication. Leadership experience, coaching or mentoring. Relevant Inspection/Audit experience, or customer interaction. Business fluent English is required, German language skills - an advantage
