Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values of authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
• Close collaboration with a dedicated team to create an outstanding guest experience even before arrival
• Supporting the reservation team in all areas, from the initial inquiry to the final booking
• Handling reservation requests by phone and email, providing advice on room categories and offers
• Careful management and control of booking details, with close coordination with other departments

Your Profile/ Must haves
Proven experience in luxury hospitality, strictly in a 5-star (Superior) property
Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification
Excellent command of English and at least German or French; additional languages are an advantage
Confident use of PMS systems such as Protel and MS Office
Confident, discreet, and empathetic communication at the highest level
Strong service mentality, professionalism, and a personal drive for perfection
Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently--even during busy periods
Well-groomed appearance, team spirit, and loyalty to our values
