As Sales Support Coordinator you support the GKAM\\\'s PC with operational & routine administrative tasks and to coordinate internal stakeholder interactions related to day-to-day activities as well as projects and customer events. All with the purpose to create more customer excellence and allow the GKAM\\\'s PC to focus on strategic and mid/long term development of their accounts.

Your mission
  • Support GKAD with data collection and reporting activities
  • Administrative support to GKAM\\\'s:
  • Reoccurring tender events
  • Quotation input and keep it up-to-date
  • Demand Planning
  • Contract Monitoring
  • Budget process
  • Follow-up on delivery and payment status of specific/critical orders
  • Liaise with Customer Care teams
  • Liaise Collection teams
  • Follow-up on allocation status of specific/critical products
  • Liaise with Global & regional Commercial teams
  • Liaise with Customer care teams
  • CTR Claim entries and prepare follow-up communication
  • CRM Case entries and prepare follow-up communication
  • Follow-up on customer documentation & sample requests
  • Coordinate customer notifications (product and/or documentation changes)
  • Deputy & internally delegate incoming requests during GKAD & GKAM\\\'s absence (business trips, holidays)
  • Support & Coordinate GKA large events (reporting, presentations, minute-taking, follow-ups, \\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
You bring
  • At least 2-5 years\\\' experience of commercial assistant experience
  • Commercial and customer excellence acumen
  • Accurate with eye for detail
  • Fluent in business English (verbal & written), Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Understanding order-to-cash process / Global Commercial Guidelines
  • Computer literacy MS Office and in depth mastering of (legacy-) DSM systems & tools: SAP, IBP, NWP, SharePoint, Power BI, CRM, CTR (and if delegated, pricing tools, flex-sheets, demand-planning, budget,\\xe2\\x80\\xa6)
  • In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules
  • Good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)
