Executive Support & Coordination

: Act as a key support to the VP Corporate Services, ensuring seamless communication and operational continuity across teams.

Administrative & Operational Management

: Oversee daily administrative tasks, manage credit card administration, and ensure efficient internal processes.

Event & Travel Planning

: Organize business travel, meetings, and events, ensuring compliance with policies and attention to detail.

Communication & Content Creation

: Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and maintain the department's intranet page.

Team & Project Support

: Assist with onboarding, support internal projects, and provide backup for other administrative staff while adhering to HSE standards.

Qualifications

Strong interest in working within an industrial and international business environment Prior working experience of at least 10 years in Corporate Services functions - such as Operational Excellence, Project Management Office, Group Finance, or Group Backoffice - is a plus Extensive experience in planning and coordinating travel, events, and executive appointments Proficient in digital tools for scheduling, travel booking, documentation, and intranet management Exceptional organisational ability, with a structured approach to multitasking, deadline management, and supporting high-level stakeholders Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional fluency in German and/or French is a plus
