EPAM is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
to join our team for a banking client in Zurich.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in portfolio management workflows, solid understanding of the private banking domain and proven experience integrating Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) with various enterprise systems such as trade execution platforms, market data services, Order Management Systems (OMS) and custodians.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end maintenance, integration and customization of Charles River IMS with upstream/downstream systems including Order Management Systems (OMS), accounting platforms, data warehouses and market data feeds
Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk, compliance and IT teams to optimize front-to-back investment workflows
Maintain, design and implement API-based and message-driven integration solutions (FIX, REST, SOAP, XML, MQ, etc.)
Manage configuration of rules, workflows, compliance checks and alerts within Charles River
Provide technical leadership and support for system upgrades, patches and migrations
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure integration designs
Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of integration-related issues
Support production support activities
Create and maintain technical documentation, data maps and interface specifications
Support UAT, training and production go-live activities
Requirements
8+ years of experience in the banking domain with deep understanding of portfolio management lifecycle
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Charles River Investment Management System (CRD/CRIMS)
Strong understanding of portfolio management, compliance workflows and order/trade lifecycle
Good knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), FIX Protocol, XML/JSON messaging, Middleware (MQ)
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL for data integration
Experience working with custodians, market data vendors like Bloomberg, Refinitiv and accounting platforms
Strong communication and documentation skills, ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders
Proficiency in English, complemented by at least B1 proficiency in German
