Senior Consolidation Reporting Analyst

Job Description

\\n The main responsibilities of the Senior Consolidation Reporting Analyst will be the following :

Statutory Reporting & Consolidation
  • Contribute to the quarterly consolidation process (IFRS standards), ensuring accuracy and timely completion and the drafting of the accounts and closing notes
  • Collect, analyse quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries and follow up open points
  • Collaborate with and validate cross-functional, country and business unit teams to gather financial data andsupporting documentation (acquisitions, goodwill, leases)
  • Review of reporting of all subsidiaries, including reconciliations & eliminations - all compliant with the accounting principles
  • Manage balance sheet reviews
  • Assist in Planning & coordinating the consolidation closing process
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Analysing financial statements and data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with IFRS regulations
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements, notes, and disclosures
  • Ensure the monthly control of intra-group flows eliminations
  • Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, tax regulations, and local GAAP, including support for the conversion to IFRS
  • Check and resolve any anomalies in liaison with the entities\\\' financial controllers
  • Check the concordance between the published social data of the subsidiaries and the data entered for consolidation purposes
6 to 12-month mission starting immediately|International organization located in Geneva

The successful Senior Consolidation Reporting Analyst will bring the following background:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Big4 and/or on a senior finance position within a Corporate
  • Strong background in IFRS experience, consolidation and accounting
  • Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to structure your thoughts and derive action plans for your team to execute, as well as the ability to communicate efficiently across all staff and stakeholders levels
  • Team & Hands-On working style
  • Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and Hyperion HFM, SAP knowledge would be a strong asset
  • Business fluent in English and French is a must, any further European language is an asset
