Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 HR Specialists across various HR functions.
  • Supervise and ensure the delivery of day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and business leaders on HR matters.
  • Manage conflict resolution and employee relations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with business needs, including talent management and organizational development.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with Swiss labor law.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting trust and transparency.
  • Support change management and organizational transitions as needed.
Overseeing HR operations across Switzerland, Ensuring alignment with business Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, Team Management
  • Proven experience in HR Management role in Switzerland.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work closely with the business and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Available immediately or on short notice.
