Senior Strategy & Transformation Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. You will lead strategic initiatives from inception to implementation, orchestrating cross-functional efforts to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. Your responsibilities will include:Defining and structuring project governance and operating models.
Coordinating and inspiring multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Anticipating and mitigating risks while providing clear, impactful reporting to senior stakeholders.
Bringing a strong vision on accelerated digitalization and its impact on processes and client experience, a key differentiator for this role.

YOUR ROLE:Manage the delivery of multiple strategic projects, ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Define timelines, resource needs, and business requirements for successful execution.
Establish robust governance and executive-level reporting to maintain alignment and accountability.
Influence and engage stakeholders across departments in a complex, matrix environment.
Identify risks and dependencies, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
Guarantee high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving context.
YOUR PROFILE:5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally as a management consultant (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or in project management within financial services.
Proven track record of leading complex projects autonomously.
Familiarity with private banking services, products, and processes.
Ability to build consensus and influence across organizational boundaries.
Strong results orientation, sense of urgency, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
A strategic perspective on digitalization and its acceleration will be considered a strong asset.
